Absolute mismatch. The One Piece verse is a lot stronger than the Naruto verse. They'd all get obliterated by the straw hats except Obito (who could just hide in a different dimension, tho that's all he could do and eventually he'd starve there while the straw hats could wait longer as Sanji could always supply them with fresh food).

the fact that you had to nerf doesnt help, Akatsuki stomps badly.
Obito was able to fight Minato pre-Naruto who already had Mangekyo awakened and was able to control the 9 tails - current Obito scales that and has insane endurance and durability, Luffy gasses out long before he gets close to actually cracking Obito.
Zoro gets absolutely bodied at best he is a Kakashi level character and Deva Pein - Yahiko alone solo'd the entirety of Konoha. Regardless of any abilities Yahiks taijutsu alone is leagues ahead of Zoro, he was able to easily body Hinata with Gentle Fist the Naruto in a straight fistdacuffs Shinra is too much and that was only able to be outlived due to a fully manifested Kyuubi and nothing more, let alone Chibaku and Bansho.. Zoro wouldve matched up better against Ashura or Animal Path of Pein.
Kisame alone is already a mismatch lol add in Hidan and its an absolute stomp the only counter is the teamwork these two would have even then with Kisame negting anything Jimbei throws is a neg diff fight.. Samehada alone is already a pain now he has to worry about hidans scythe. talk about overkill, It took Guy opening the the 6th gate just to keep up with Kisamewith the help of Bee then had to use 7th gate to finish him off which was also only connected due to Kisame believing it was a chakra based attack.
Sanji against Kakuzu lmfao this is even worse than Jimbeis matchup, Kakuzu fought agisnt Hashirama and lived. He he had to fight team Kakashi which had Kakashi at the helm and made that matchup look easy where Kakashi only lasted so long was due to the planning of knowledge on how to fight him then only survived due to being saved by Naruto. Sanji isnt killing any of Kakuzus heart his taijutsu is levels that Sanji cant even reach by EoS..
the rest arent even worth the energy to discuss.
in all honesty Kisame, Orochimaru and Deva can all realistically solo the entirety of the crew.

Half of the Strawhat are only carried by plot armor, they'll lose many matchup in the past and would still lose today if they fight them.
But as per your matchup, if Haki is a thing and is as effective as the one piece world when fighting Naruto verse, Luffy and Zoro would win their matchup, Sanji idk but I'd give the edge, rest of SH lose horribly

Orochimaru and Obito are the biggest threads to the SH. Orochimaru alone with his Edo Tensei is extreme dangerous and by summon Tobirama with his waterbased Jutsu will ragdoll all DF User. Hashirama outclasses every SH besides Luffy.
Take Edo away from Orochimaru and its more fair for the SH. But with Edo I see no chance for the SH, Edo Tensei is simply too strong for that verse.
