Yellow is for off-screen dialogue (to save time no doubt). Orange is when the anime moves dialogue elsewhere. Green dialogue gets re-purposed for something else (most notably Ryuk's monologue). When the anime adds dialogue, it'll be in purple. Removed dialogue gets red.
