Hey guys,
in the clinic where I am we have art therapy. The therapist gives us motives that we can focus on in order to create art with the given Idea. I for myself choose to draw something on paper. Sometimes coloured and sometimes just with an pencil.
In all of my drawings or paintings I try to express my feelings, personal traits, mental conditions etc.
I took a picture of the ones I think are pretty deep in meaning and actually half bad. Just so you guys know, I wouldn‘t call myself a pro artist. However I kinda can draw if I truly want to draw something.
For now I think the art therapy is helping me to process concious and subconcious stuff.
