Could the paralysis feat an adv CoC thing? No one's fainting but Saturn's spamming his lightnings all over the island.
Is it a df thing? If yes, can formidable fighters spam their haki and move, despite Saturn's efforts? Who belongs to those and who belongs to sanji's group?
Is it a... devil thing? Or whatever. If we add another type of ability into the haki-df-science pool, things will get really interesting (but also kinda naruto).
