Before Shakky was revealed to be the the Empress from two generations ago, and Gloriosa was from three generations ago. Did anyone else think Rayleigh, Shakky and Gloriosa were around the same age?

I know right, I thought they were all around the same age and Gloriosa just aged worse than the other two. But Gloriosa is fromthe previous generation.

No, you are wrong, GLorissa is Rayleigh's age. The Empresses were young when they became empresses. Shakky is 64 while Rayleigh is 78.
