Speculations Did Joy Boy or Nika have wings?

#1
Given the recurring theme of Pirate Kings having right and left hand/wings, do you think Joy the first “Pirate” had a similar dynamic? It makes sense that Joy Boy would have been the King of the Pirates. If so who do you think they are?

Nika was the first pirate, means he had also a crew (emet possible/highly likely) be one
So yes, another missle is hitting the towers
I think Joyboy was the first pirate.

I believe the original Nika manifested in a slave of the First World that worked in the mines to feed the Mother Flame, which had such a profound impact on the environment it created the source of Devil Fruits.

The hopes and dreams of slaves yearning to be freed from their chains is what birthed the Devil Fruit, perhaps the first, that manifested Nika.

The battle for the First World basically resulted in the birth of a Second World with many new species birthed from the mutations of the original Mother Flame. The Giants, due to the slow ageing, held on to Nika the longest in tradition that was also passed down to the Buccaneers that descended from them.

oh yeah sry brainfart i meant joyboy
I dont think we have 100% confirmation nika was even real at this point, could still be a fable/dream people "willed" into existence

I think there was a first Nika, and I actually do think Oda will show him, but he's not individually important to the story.

Ever since we were introduced to the Mother Flame as some kind of nuclear energy source, I've speculated it had something to do with the origins of the Devil Fruits. Then the Harley lore dropped and it appeared the First World was one of deep inequality with those on the top reaping the benefits of those toiling below.

Nika was introduced as a warrior of liberation, i.e. a breaker of chains and saviour of slaves, who would come in response to wishes of the oppressed.

If you pair that with Vegapunk's speculation Devil Fruits are borne out of wishes, and then further consider that the Mother Flame might have something to do with it, then I think it's very possible the first Nika was a slave of the First World that, perhaps, fell down so far below he was all but dead until he found the source of the Devil Fruits, bit in one to survive, and the First World became history.

Maybe Joyboy did. Original Nika was like popeye the sailor man with spinach, and would get big with the power of the sun in a comic book or animation that child slaves watched

Probably
Oda loves parallels
My guess is someone from Wano and someone from Shandora
Shandora was the City of Gold and Wano the Country of Gold, I think they’re deeply connected
or it was a Lunarian and Sora the Warrior of the Sea
Kaido had a Lunarian and a weird scientist as his right and left hand and he was like fake or failed version Joy Boy
Luffy's Wings beat them as a sign that the real ones are here
or
I also think that Sora was an Okama and Sanji's ancestor (would be a classic Oda move) and maybe his right hand was a Bucaneer. This could parallel Dragon, Kuma and Iva

there are so many possibilities

edit: man I only thought about Joy Boy
My bad 😅
I think Nika had none and was more like a messianic figure which lead the first world into the second one (during the apocalyptic event)
