Nidai could still happen but at this point i doubt Zoro would just leave Sandai, a sword he's had since Loguetown and just get another one. It would probably just be more impactful if he took what's supposed to be an "inferior" version and turned it black eventually anyways.
Everything still feels incoming to me I don’t feel like this is over heck this chap just feels like a regen moment for luffy and zoro to keep going soon even with gb coming to witness or be involved in something
Some of this Oda can cover in the chapters to come, others in the arcs to come. Grim Reaper just requires an explanation and some panels in the upcoming chapters (if Oda doesn't carr then that's that).
Black Blade is still coming, just not now. His lineage might still be touched upon considering Yamato knew Ushimaru and Kawamatsu's the one who mentioned the resemblance and nothing's stopping them from addressing it with him. Ryuuma's role as someone Zoro might surpass can still be there, he just won't pass him now. If Oda doesn't address any of this stuff then I don't even know.
A lot of those are theories that could lead nowhere.
It's possible that Nidai Kitetsu was never going to be given to Zoro. Instead we may get a fight with the bald gorosei where Zoro will take Shodai Kitetsu (Supreme Grade) from him in the final battle after Sandai breaks.
I don't think Ebisu/Yasue connection will ever be addressed. Same for the whole death thing. I think it was just meant to show that Zoro was in serious trouble after the King fight. It was never a plot point.
Zoro's Lineage and the black blade can all be focused on later and maybe even in the next 2 chapters.
Hawkins' prediction has already occurred. Luffy literally died and was resurrected, Zoro saw the exu skull and came back from hell as he said. That's it.
Whoever thinks that every single one of these dropped plot point for Zoro will ever become relevant at this point is delusional as some of them are nearly impossible to be recovered at this point in the story.

-Grim Reaper was to set up a gag
-Nidai was gag bait
-We got all the Ebisu/Yasui connection
-Shimotsuki lore/Zoro lineage will be in SBS, if it's mentioned at all.
-Black Blades will be a meaningless end game power up that means absolutely nothing
-Ryuma grave visit will be offscreened. If not offscreened it will only last half a page and offer meaningless Ryuma lore dump with some third party character stating a meaningless comparison between Zoro/Ryuma;
