The question is, which Blackbeard Pirate would get it?
Obviously, Shiryu, San Juan and Lafitte are ruled out. Lafitte and San Juan both had their powers pre time skip(Lafitte was seen with wings at some point, and Wolf was confirmed via Vivre Card). Shiryu got his power very recently from Absolom.
Burgess is ruled out too because he only got his fruit after Dressrosa.
Auger is a possibility, it seems like he didn't have his devil fruit pretimeskip because the BBPs surely would have made use of it.
Doc Q is also possible, but I think Law's statement about the Blackbeards hunting devil fruits means all those present at Law vs Teach implies that he and Auger got their fruit recently.
Of course, Stronger is unironically a candidates as well lmao

With a fruit like that, Wang Zhi would have complete control over the island, which would make it hard for him to be defeated, even by Teach and his crew. It's likely that Wang Zhi spent the decades since the Rocks disbanded on Beehive Island, which means he would know every little secret about the island. Just attempting to land would be challenging.
