Since haki is some kind of spiritual energy, huge part of Big Mom's soul is given to 3 main homies,
so she can't spam advCOC when the 3 main homies are in battle mode.

She's gotten too old and degraded like old man Whitebeard, meaning she's no longer one of the strongest.

Big Mom's never a haki based fighter, to begin with. She has COC coating for the sake of it and her COC is so strong mainly because COC is relative to her strength but she's not particularly skilled at using COC in combat. She probably never worked to improve her COC reserves, unlike Kaido. BM is just more of a DF-based fighter than a Haki-based fighter. People should seriously stop attributing her defeat to her COC as if it could've actually prevented her defeat.
