Did he get knocked out? He doesn’t have to be knocked out for the rest of the war, he could just be knocked out for like a few minutes, similar to Opera was momentarily knocked out by Jinbe. In my opinion, yes he was because it would make no sense for P1 to vanish for the rest of the chapter. Why not give us at least one panel of P1 saying something like “Big sis!!!” or “Yamato?! Why did you hit Ulti?!”

I don't think so. Nobody was shocked about him getting hit, only Ulti said ''how can you do that to pay pay''. While she did say the same thing, when they slided down the stairs.
The panels after, were focused on Luffy and Ulti - close up panels - and then right after on Luffy and Yamato talking. There was also not alot of background details and mostly smoke.
We had similiar situations in MF, where Akainu disappeared after he gave WB the first hit in the chest. Or Marco and the rest of the WBC after they wanted to stop Akainu. etc.
But the double standard here is hilarious.
Luffy hits P1 once and we don't see him for like 3 panel -> clearly defeated.
But when Sanji fought him and we didn't see him for over a week, while we did saw his partner Drake -> Sanji didn't defeat him. Lmao
