So, here's what I think:
Robin/Franky/Brook already have Base CoA, Oda ain't drawing that shit, too much other things to do, and it's more like Sanji/Luffy/Zoro pre-time-skip: I think Zoro and Luffy used Haki AT TIMES pre-time-skip, like in their Alabasta finishers, and in Enies Lobby. Asura seems very CoC coded to me, but I could be wrong.
But, with Robin/Franky/Brook it's more they can use it in tough spots, but it's dodgy. I think in Elbaph, they'll get their CoA around a low Adv CoA level, and the Coward Trio will start unlocking a bit of CoA, and focus heavy on CoO
Nami can learn more weather based stuff and get Future Sight, and work on her CoC
Chopper gets a CoO focused on accurately diagnosing an enemy's body and targeting their weak spots with greater efficiency, combined with Ryuo with his kung fu hooves
Usopp gets CoA shooting and Voice of All Things work, maybe some Future Sight. I hope Oda has something special for him.
Robin needs to learn Rokushiki, her techniques combined with Cipher Pol's movesets would be a very dangerorus woman. Since her Fruit focus on Flower themology, I believe she will now use "Thorns" to show her "becoming a Demon for the sake of her friends". I hope Stussy teaches Robin this, since they have similar, trolly personalities, and it would just be fun to see them hang out and dish out some stories and get to become friends, especially since Egghead was a fucking disaster. Robin will blossom out her arms with Shugan like deadly twisting vines with arms for thorns. I believe she'll only use these techniques on very evil foes, though. Otherwise, a lot of movement with Rokushiki. Stussy and Robin were both seen turning into demonic bat creatures, foreshadowing them working together.
Franky focuses on defensive CoA, since his back is still a weak spot (I think?), and because he's very tanky, and more weapon science focused than Haki focused. He might also have some Ryuo after working with the Heroes of Wano so much. Franky's strong right with Adv CoA is a problem. Also, I hope Franky learns Tekkai/Iron Body, since he has a... Iron Body... at least I think some of it's iron... but imagine, if it's wasn't iron? the irony.
Brook focuses on sending flying CoA slashes. Unlike Zoro's direct line attacks and spiral attacks, Brook is more of a "blink and you miss him" and "zoom around like a cackling madman" fighter. That's not to say Zoro isn't agile, but Brook can RUN ON WATER
Is Brook Jesus? NO, Kuma is, and we LOVE KUMA
Brook having sword slices that spiral like winter wind sounds cool to me, and if he can learn to use his Haki to get his ice to cover more ground, he can serve as a really cool compliment to Zoro's King of Hell Fire form. If Lilith gives Brook a new body, like i hope, well, we're back in business, LABOON, BABY! CAN I GET FIVE BIG BOOMS?
