Questions & Mysteries Do people in the one piece world aim for WSM & WSC titles?

Well following the recent threads I've seen here asking why no one aspires to be an emperor or the Wss, I think the next step will be about The WSM and WSC titles .
I don't remember exactly if there were some people going on a quest for those titles ;So my question today is : Are there some people aspiring to be WSC and WSM? And who do you think are the next best candidates in each category?

WSM: who knows, but you probably just end up being recognized as such by achieving a different goal. I mean, we could twist it and say that Luffy aims for becoming the strongest person in the world because he has stated his desire of defeating the emperors and admirals, but we all know he doesn't explicitly want that title but that of Pirate King.

WSC: this is probably not even a real title but just a rhetoric tool by Oda to reinforce Kaido's inhuman nature, so maybe some fishman or giant or whatever wants to take his head in order to proclaim himself the strongest creature, but I doubt it. Certainly Oda doesn't expect us to take it as a strength title that includes humans among all creatures but as a way to stress that Kaido belongs to a strange race, so...

Titles are just reputations that people earn throughout their journey etheir by word of mouth or the world government being the mouthpiece. However Seeing how none of the marines hold no such titles is odd and could mean the World government use this as an act to scare people away.

Whitebeard earn his title by being the one man equal to Roger, has the power to destroy the world and his way of living as a pirate. Now Blackbeard has the power to destroy the world but he not labled as WSM.

Kaido earn his title by being nearly unkillable because most weapons can't hurt him.

So no, people aren't aiming for those titles. Seeing how Oda has done a poor job on Zoro dream of being WSS, its a good thing he didn't add anyone else who are specials that are aiming for WS title too imho.

kaido are women so the wsm title makes sense

People can pursue the title or simply get recognize as the new holder of such tittle.

So one doesn't need to say " I'll want the WSM/WSC/WSS title" tbh.
