Some might remember, some people were saying ''WB said Teach isn't someone Roger is waiting for'' as a sign of not being a true D. or true rival,

But that was simply WB saying Roger is waiting for someone suitable like Luffy, while Teach's path is to follow Xebec.

First, CoC Haki user Chinjao hype Blackbeard amongst other Conqueror Haki users,

Secondly, we learned that Shanks didn't take his scar unlike some fans said like ''because Shanks made his Jolly Roger flag it means he was too young when he fought Teach''

That was wrong as Shanks didn't have a scar when he found Uta so they fought when Shanks was a captain. Meaning that Teach must have at least close levels Haki to already Kamusari user Shanks to compete with him in a battle.

Then if thats not enough, Teach wasn't getting teleported by Law and blocking Law's Takt without using Quake DF, and also blocked mountain slash from S-Hawk without using Quake, he took 0 damage from it.

As well as Devon and Saturn pointing out Teach is special.

Lastly we learned that Teach has Xebec's bloodline.

And most of the time they got that CoC from their family, even Alber or Marco didn't show CoC Haki amongst Emperor right hands but Katakuri did because of BM bloodline. Then we have Roger, Kaido, Garp bloodlines as well, their children become CoC users.

So is it confirmed Teach has CoC Haki?

Yes, he has Haki. This is somewhat confirmed when he fights Luffy in Impeal Down, where he visualizes that Luffy has increased his "ambition" level.

One of the principles Oda uses for a CoC Haki user is their ambition... Teach has extraordinary ambition; I'd say it's one of the greatest in the manga. Now, his Haki level probably isn't as great as Shanks', but I believe it's similar to Luffy's, which is always growing.

He's probably an idiot who doesn't know how to use it.

Zoro has all the haki potential and knows how to use it, he just didn't know it was conquerors haki for example.

In Blackbeard's case, I think he knows he has it but doesn't know how to use it properly (hence him getting embarrassed by Magellan, running away from Akainu, pulling a cowardly attack on Whitebeard, etc.).

He must have gotten a lucky stike in on Shanks somehow using his advanced haki.

Until or unless we see it. Not gonna accept it as " Fact ".

His entire Arsenal revolved around Devil fruit.

- Whitebeard with Basic haki and Gura was fighting admirals.
- Blackbeard has Yami Yami on top of that.

no it's not confirmed retard

if it was confirmed, you wouldn't need to make a thread like this
This
But he'll very likely get it in the future
People claim he's not keen with Haki at all but he was the first person we saw notice how strong someone is and how strong they are now compared to how strong they were in the past (which is solid CoO), plus he was blocking CoA or ACoA slices from S-Hawk with no problems. Also had good enough Haki to beat on Ace and defeat him while also enduring his attacks

Shanks literally said he wasn't caught off guard.
