So Imu can be the Earth. King of the World.

BB being the moon makes sense, however.....he is the only one who is explicitly not named after a god among the three pics stabbed by Imu, as Shirahoshi is Poseidon and Luffy is Nika.

Maybe he will gain a Moon deity mythical zoan ? Or maybe his logia DF represents the moon.

You're very quick at throwing pedo comments at characters like BB. What makes him exactly "pedo"?

Needless to say, there are a few connections with BB and the moon which can't be ignored. There are several sun-moon parallels throughout the manga, and Luffy and BB are two sides of the same coin. He's basically the contrast to Luffy, representing the moon.

I am very curious on seeing how the Teach/Imu plotlines are going to intersect, and seeing just how much Teach knows about Imu and other lore characters.

Imo, the fact that the OP world has multiple moons in that Ohara globe could tie into the theory that Teach somehow had multiple personalities living inside of him, if he is supposed to be the moon

I feel like Teach is connected to Imu but more like a consequence of the World Government's crimes. Which might be why Imu sees Teach as a threat but still underestimates him in favor of Luffy and Vivi. Something happened to Teach to where he was determined to being down Marineford because he believes that justice does not exist. But also hide his existence until he found the Yami Yami no Mi which he believed was essential to becoming Pirate king.

This might be weird to bring up but what if the Yami Yami no Mi is actually connected to the ocean? The moon is responsible for helping create tidal waves in the ocean through gravity. Perhaps that why BB can shut off devil fruit powers through touch because he is the embodiment of the deep sea that is darkness. Several of BB's moves seem to reflect this idea like Vortex. People always joked about a water devil fruit being too powerful to exist in One Piece but what if it exists as the Yami Yami no Mi. Maybe thays Why Teach is very careful in using this devil fruit until it is too late for other people to react to it.

Also to note, considering Teach's inability to sleep perhaps this was another reason, he desired the Yami Yami no fruit because it would be the only fruit that he could awaken on his own.
