Current Events do you think Time Manipulation will come into effect in Elbaph?

Obviously we saw a little bit of time manipulating in Wano, with Toki traveling through time from the Void Century, and then senting Momo and the others 20 years into the future.
But do you think we could see more time manipulation in Elbaph? through a different method?
Like slowly down time to allow the Five properly learn and train to control their Advanced Conquer's Haki?

Why do people keep insisting Elbaph has a different time than the rest of the world?

How would it be proposed this occurs?

Is it
(1) Elbaph has slowed time all over the island
OR
(2) There is a hyperbolic time chamber somewhere on it

I understand the narrating character before we came to Elbaph said not to stay too long, but is that what all of this is from.? That's a rather ambiguous and vague thing to state. It could mean anything. It's practically an emotional statement.

Anyway... You're hoping they get 2 years squeezed into 5 minutes or something like that, right? Really?

I think it’s clearly only there to allow the outside world to move a little faster in order to start the final war

There’s a 99.9% chance that when Elbaf ends Oda will surprise the readers by revealing that like 7000 things happened while the Strawhats were in Elbaf

If the time dilation thing is true Elbaf moves a lot slower than the rest of the world (1/3 speed)

The Strawhats will wrap up the Imu situation then “rest” there for a week or 2 (strictly for the plot)

Cut to the outside and roughly a month has passed. Flashback of everything we’ve missed ensues
