Yes. King likely has a bounty close to 1.5 B so the right hand man of the PK should at least have a bounty thats a bil higher than that.

Probably. I think him and Sanji will easily break the 2.5B mark. They both could ad high as low 3B range.

King should already be around 1.5 B but the point is that there is Shanks who is well above current BB bounty and since Zoro has to beat Mihawk who is on the same level as Shanks.. We can expect at the very least 3.5 B by eos Zoro. Most likely more since he will be the first mate of the pirate king and also I think there are good chances that Shanks is already stronger than Kaido and BM so reach and surpass even their level of bounty.
