Imu seems pretty featless so far honestly. Dr Fate in the movies is severely nerfed so he might or might not grab a mod-high diff fight, perhaps even a win if Oda gives him good feats.
Dr Fate from the comics is an entire different beast tho. He abuses the entire OP verse
