I would actually wonder if Kaido would think that Loki could be a possible Joy Boy. As we know,he believed that he was Joy Boy himself. Then,he realized he probably was not,so he told King "Whoever will beat me,will be Joy Boy". He believed that Luffy could be,but when he defeated him the first time,he doubted about it. Then,he realized that Luffy was Joy Boy while Luffy defeated him.

But,meeting Loki,he would probably think he is Joy Boy too,maybe he would convince him even more than Luffy

He would because he's suicidal and completley stupid (he has seen Imu back in GV and still thought he was stronger).

Then his wish would have been granted and he would be sent to see his former captain and his lover Oden.
