Sadly, she doesn't. Her Demon form is just colored that way.

I think the reason why Oda hasnt given it to her is because she would be too broken and would just Clutch and easily hinder the mouvements of the logia powerhouses from far away and too quickly.

The in-universe explanation I can think of is that she relies on her DF too much and as a result of that she hasnt worked on her muscle strength or hand-to-hand combat or developped any physical prowess. She can instantly spawn thousands of arms whose collective strength can do feats that two arms cannot anyway.
