General & Others Does Wano arc make you wanna quit?

#47
Beginning of Wano till about chapter 980 was pretty good for me.
Onigashima gives me mixed feelings. It had all the usual pacing issues, the excessive fake deaths + still can't fully enjoy Nika's fighting style.
On the other hand I enjoyed a lot of stuff in the raid, I just love advanced Haki and DF Awakening focus. Zoro vs King became an easy pick in my fave fights and Luffy vs Kaido was amazing pre-G5. Yamato could be better, but she still was a good addition IMO.

Anyway... Wano sure is problematic in many points, but not even close to make me quit.

The whole thing was so anticlimactic that he just has to get up for the arc's sake. It's better to drag it for 5 more chapters than end it here like this.
Facts.

I’d be lying if I said that these last few chapters wasn’t making me consider dropping the series for a while. I won’t give up on it just yet, but times like these make me glad that other great manga exist.

No yet,Elbaf and Laught Tale will deliver.Oda had planned these arcs since the beginning. Also,no way Oda is sabotaging One Piece. This is his life's work.He just was not at this best here.

Probably not quit.
But many things in the series seem like they'll have uninteresting conclusions.
So, it just makes you lower your expectations a lot more.
Especially for the final war, I think going into that arc with any expectation of how good it should be is a recipe for disaster.
