Now that we know Kaido doesn’t have it, what are the chances that Yamato does? Her fruit must be special if Oda wants to hide it. I think that Oda might have her and Momo team up to stop Onigashima from falling on the Flower Capital by combining their dragon powers

It would be odd for Oda to introduce all these Ryu Ryu no Mi dinosaur models, but never actually introduce the Ryu Ryu no Mi itself

The best options would be the mythical White Tiger or the Western Dragon. With all the mystery that surrounds her DF, it should be a mythical zoan, so these two options are the most logical. The T-Rex is another option, but as all All-Stars and Tobiroppo have ancient zoans, it wouldn't be so special.
