General & Others Doflamingo, Hancock, and Kuma true rulers

I think Doflamingo & Kuma being Introduced together hints that They are similar in some way.
When you think about it:
Doflamingo at first was known to us as a "Warlord"
During Punk Hazard, it was then revealed that He was "Underworld Joker" (Working for Kaidou)
Soon after, it was revealed that He is "King of Dressrosa"
Finally, We learned that He is actually a "Celestial Dragon"
Kuma seems to be having similar Reveals:
At first, Kuma was just known as a "Warlord"
Then near End of Pre-TS, it was revealed that He is "Member/One of Founders of Revos Army" (Working for Dragon)
Post-TS, as soon as We saw him again, We learned that He is "King of Sorbet Kingdom"
Finally, We are about to learn about his True Origin (Related to Mary Geoise & his Race/Tribe)
Not to mention, that both worked with Scientists (Doffy with Caesar & Kuma with Vegapunk)
And both are only Warlords who share their Backstory with a Supernova (Doffy with Law & Kuma with Bonney)
There is clearly some Doffy/Kuma Parallels
It's possible that their Backstories are Two Faces of Same Coin
(For example Doffy was seen as a Hero King, while Kuma was seen as Tyrant King, but We know how Doffy was actually Evil & Kuma is Good)
So maybe the same applies to other Identities, Doffy was born Celestial Dragon & then his Life went to Hell & then recovered some of his CD Privileges through Blackmail , maybe Kuma was born a Slave & then He was turned into a CD (Basically similar to York, but Gorosei agreed), and then returned to being a Slave again
Hancock doesn't have Parallels with these Two though, just couple Similarities
