i am not caught up with OPM after S1 of anime. and didnt continue with manga either. i only remember Garou got smacked in his earlier fight with saitama. then i heard he got couple of powerup including some monster power. didnt expect him to be so strong.
if Garou is even 10% of what u stated that is already out of Doffy's league. doesnt that make it a spite thread?
