As we know Robin was the only Straw hat who hadnt referred to Luffy as Pirate King, but in this chapter for the first time EVER, Robin refers to Luffy as Pirate King.
It would have been a great moment if we hadnt been so focused on wings hands mutton chicken etc.

Yeah I think Robin has presumably been skeptical about success for long portions of her life. The fact she accepted to continue to live was just the first step but she is finally living her life at the fullest and being positive.
