Yeah, they way Kizaru finished Sentomaru with the finger laser was so slow and anticlimatic, and you couldn't see Sento reacting to it or being hit by it (just the aftermath).

That was probably because the director was really anal about recreating the manga scene, because we didn’t see him get hit directly there as well.

I get that, but they made the scene looks so slow. Kizaru was moving the finger very slowly while Sentomaru was just standing still... idk it was weird for a final attack.

Yeah, the charge up needed to be a bit snappier I think. The animation was fine, but they lingered too long on the charge up without much else happening.

Ik it’s a anime scene but doesn’t this episode prove that ryou can touch someone but it can also no touch ? In wano when luffy threw his fist at the tree there was no damage on the front of the tree but it came out the back. In this episode luffy makes contact with Kizaru arms but there is clearly a depiction of ryou coming out of Kizaru back

I like how some people like to use non-canon anime to prove their point, sometimes even that isn't enough so they sneak in some headcanon on top.
