Conditions: Sannin have access to sealing tags (I don't think they need them with Orochi and Jiraiya's skill in Fuinjutsu).
Scenarios:

1. Orochi cannot use the Edo Tensei.
   1. Jiraiya doesn't start out in sage mode.
   2. Jiraiya starts out in sage mode.
2. Orochimaru has access to the Part 1 Edo Tensei.
   1. Jiraiya doesn't start out in sage mode.
   2. Jiraiya starts out in sage mode.

I think the Solo King solos:
Totsuka canonically blitzed Nagato and Oro.

If Itachi can fight KCM Naruto and Bee in CQC, I'm sceptical tsunade can tag him. Jiraiya needs to be in Sage mode just to keep up with Itachi in CQC. Orochi probably has no answer.

Sannin have no answer to:

• Totsuka.
• Tsukiyomi.
• Amaterasu
  • Except Orochimaru.
  • Jiraiya isn't sealing it away when it's burning him or someone else.
• Yasaka Magatama (seems to be on par with a FRS).
• Yata Mirror

In conclusion, Itachi rapes hard.

If the Sannin win, it's due to Frog Song. I can see them take it when Jiraiya starts out in Sage Mode but not otherwise. They probably win the Edo Tensei scenarios as Edos can buy Jiraiya time (assuming Orochi can get it off, Itachi probably blitzes with shuriken jutsu).

I don't see them winning without Edo Tensei, or Jiraiya starting in SM.

I mean...summons are useless, Totska solos Tsunade and the two can't really overwhelm him in my opinion. Especially not an Edo Itachi...I'm talking the basic match-up either don't bother adding so many scenarios my man it just detracts people from arguing. But of course Itachi did praise Jiraiya that one time so he must get fodderized.
