Another Sanji arc with the closing flashback exclusive for him.
:sanmoji:
Also 66 panels for Dragon is brazy
Oda loves Sanji more than people admit. That scene though could be a foreshadowing of Sanji sacrificing himself at the end of the story, making him a legendary character. While Zoro could never die, because otherwise the 13 years old would not buy the unavoidable sequel Two Piece at the end of the story.

Nah, none of the SHs are dying. The whole post-Ace fallout with Luffy wouldn't make sense if he had to go through that again.

Thats true, altough Luffy already lost people who sacrificed for him in the last few arcs (Pedro in WCI,The clones in Egghead) so the principle "I have to get physically stronger so i wont lose anyone" already went aways, but honestly thats a good thing because with the New World you had to raise the stakes,so its good that people actually die more in the post-timeskip.

No one is dying beside usopp, if that
Also Sanji getting more plot relevance for 10 years is not even a secret besides people in this place exclusivly lmao
This was the same even in wano where only his fight received any thought of character writing

luffy : 500
other strawhats : 100 - 200
:kobeha:
elbaf gonna have something like 1000 : 300
nikapiece

Luffy usually shares his screen time with the locals, not the other SH. I think this was more of result of there basically being just 7-8 locals on the island

True that but he made a point of highlighting "I still have my crew" meaning their well being is what's most important to him. Losing allies is sad ofc, but he can manage if it isn't anyone from the crew

He doesn't care much anymore, they are already partying on the warm bodies of the Vegapunks and abandoned Sentomaru and Emeth on the enemy island. If you are not a nakama it's just whatever.
