I read lots of posts about what to expect from Elbaf. Most of them I believe will not age well. One of the most popular notions is that Elbaf will be mostly about Ussop. It will be "his" arc, they say. I believe that some big things are going to happen in the short Elbaf arc. Most importantly, Blackbeard will attack Shanks. If that happens, who will care much about Ussop's character development anymore? He will have some moments, but it will all be overshadowed. People said Wano would be Zoro's arc and there was not nearly as much about Zoro as people had predicted. It will be the same for Elbaf in regards to Ussop. Who wants to hear for the 1000th time that Ussop will finally become a brave warrior, that he talked with Doggy and Broggy about the giants country and all that stuff. I can't stand this blabber anymore. Ussop and Yassop meeting will happen but it won't be the peak of Elbaf.
