Emperor time vs Skill hunter

I've had a question about how these two abilities would interact that I'm sure has been answered but I want to try and pour out my thoughts on this and hope for a discussion.
As we know, Emperor time allows you to access all other Nen types at 100%. It's unconfirmed as of now but I believe the very nature of this ability can literally allow a person with this ability to create unique Hatsus that are kind of locked away by this ability since if it's a Hatsu that requires Enhancer proficiency and yet Kurapika is a Conjurer in base form, he basically has a Hatsu he himself can't access without Emperor time. By this I mean Kurapika can theoretically train while using Emperor time with abilities that he then loses out side of Emperor time.
Now Skill hunter on the other hand steals entire Hatsus and theoretically should be able to steal Emperor time. I use the word "theoretically" since Emperor time is apparently bloodline related and I don't know if bloodline abilities can be used by someone outside of the bloodline. Anyway, if Chrollo does in fact steal Emperor time. There's a few things I would want to ponder about here.
  1. Can Kurapika still find a way to access those unconfirmed hatsus i talked about since he technically did train for them? Emperor time is a specialist ability but what if Kurapika trained for five types of Hatsu including his Binding chain. Does the theft of Emperor time permanently prevent Kurapika from using even that Simple healing Hatsu he used against Uvo just because it's an enhancer ability even though he trained for it? By this I mean given years of training can he become proficient in abilities he already trained for again but just not with Emperor time?
  2. Can Chrollo steal a specific Hatsu created through Emperor time without actually stealing Emperor time itself? It's reasonable to say he can steal Binding chains of course but what if Kurapika has An Emitter or Transmuter ability as well that's hidden in Emperor time. Can Skill hunter steal that specific Hatsu itself after witnessing it and all that without having to steal Emperor time?
  3. Does the theft of Emperor time immediately come with all of Kurapika's other Hatsus that are accessed through Emperor time? This seems a bit unlikely but it could be possible if the nature of Emperor time is a bit more complicated than it seems. If the abilities Kurapika develops with Emperor time are directly part of that ability and not just seperately acquired then it's possible that stealing Emperor time comes with four-five seperate abilities as well.
These are just the things going though my head. What do you think?

Doesnt Chrollo steal the hatsu, and people cannot use it at all. Meaning Chrollo can steal Emperor Time, and Pika wont be able to use it at all. So im pretty sure he can steal all the chain abilities...even the ones we dont know of yet. But ofcourse Chrollo wont be able to steal the ones Kurapika hasnt created yet

However Kurapika also can steal Skill Hunter with his steal chain. However it is temorary, and can probably only use one hatsu in the bandits secret.

What I wonder is if Chrollo's eyes turn Scarlet once he stolen Emperors time. As having Scarlet eyes is the requirement. Would be pretty cool if his eyes turn red like the people he killed.

As having Scarlet eyes is the requirement
I actually had a discussion on the HxH subreddit regarding this and they explained to me that the scarlet eyes aren't a requirement.

They told me that Kurapika uses the scarlet eyes to become a specialist for a time and then he can use Emperor time as just a specialist ability. This means Emperor time doesn't require scarlet eyes, it's just that Kurapika himself needs to become a specialist first using the scarlet eyes and then he can use Emperor time
