I don’t think Kid is in Elbaf anymore… but he’s alive and will probably show up around the same time Law does — maybe in the Elbaf epilogue when they show what’s happening around the world. Another cool possibility would be them showing up during the Teach vs. Shanks battle, something like: “You screwed us over, now take this!”
I don’t think it makes any sense to get him to elbaf only for him to resurface somewhere else
like Law not being anywhere near makes sense because Oda decided to have him be eliminated en route to wherever he was going. Kid got eliminated right off the shores of elbaf.

No he can't. That would require a level of mastery that he never showed and an use of an amount of haki that would make it last barely one minute seeing how big his lego constructions are.
If he could coat his lego constructions with CoA he would have done it already, if he can't do that, no way he can do it with CoC.
Kidd is a df spammer type of fighter.

There are some really strong dudes with in my view boring fighting styles. Kidd, Jinbei amongst them. I'm certain Kidd will return and become the new WB. His heart, durability and endurance is really something (especially compared to normal humans). He also has ridiculous offensive output but requires a bit of set up.
I would be surprised if Kidd doesn't come back and becomes a yonko slightly ahead in power of others like Law, Zoro, Yamato, Loki and who else is around to round off the top 10 (Luffy, Sabo and Coby could/should be top 3).

Coating your weapons with haki is basic lvl, post TS Luffy coated his gear 3 gigantic fists with armament haki like nothing. Wano Kid just threws metal with haki against BigMom and does damage.

Kidd can't use haki.
Besides it's not the same thing to coat your fists and to coat metal scraps that aren't part of your real body. You should know that by now.
