- Warcury shitting on his stats with superior durability, awaken mythical zoan , better coc haki portrayal and nigh immortality on top of that
- Suffered defeat 8 times in manga
- Getting powercreept by Shanks and his Haki strength

No, none of those people were in an alliance. Kaidos customer. Orochi was just under Kaido meanwhile Hanafuda was in an explicit alliance with him and Kaido raised his kids

The fact is Orochi never considered himself ''under'' Kaido, he was even treating with the WG directly.
Ofc Kaido considered him inferior but that's not the point, officially, they were partners.
