Kuzan pretty much negs diff. He should be able to freeze the ocean before ENO shots water cannon at him. Even if Kuzan can't freeze on time, he should be able to dodge ENO's cannon with his CoO.

Akainu is tricky, he should be able to boil the ocean but not fast enough to defeat ENO. So the fight could be extreme diff either way.

Well, the thing is, Kuzan hardcounters ENO by a very large margin, we're talking about the same guy casually creating an ice continent the range of 3 different islands in which people have to travel for days just to go to one of these islands.
Then there is Akainu who equally matched Aokiji's freezing powers effortlessly. If Oven can boil an entire sea, why can't Akainu, especially since his powers permanently changed the climate of an island as well as putting fire on the water level. Hell, he could even vaporize a good amount of the ocean which ENO is able to control, will it be enough? Well, it's a creature using oceans to attack, that's a whole different kind of force which Akainu has to face; and unlike Aokiji, his powers don't hardcounter ENO either. It's an extreme diff in favor of ENO, if not high diff if ENO goes for an all out attack imo.
I don't really see how round 3 makes it better for ENO since he doesn't really need that imo. If a country-continent sized ocean creature completely engulfes the admirals' bodies, there is no need for Haki. That's an instant death sentence for any DF user.

Idk what he’s talking about. ENO caught Garou off guard with a water jet when he was focused on the centipede, that’s it.

EDIT : ENW did react to Garou, but only when he was moving at super casual supersonic speeds…
