Speculations Exploring Haki Through Devil Fruits?..

This originally came from a thread where i speculated that Sengoku used AdCoC in Marineford..
Most are saying that it's Sengoku using his Buddha Devil Fruit Shockwave ability..

Well in this thread it doesn't matter which is which, the goal is to observe Haki parallels or
similitudes with some Devil Fruit Abilities.. So for Instance the striking resemblance between
Galaxy Impact and Sengoku's Palm Buddha technique.. And what else can be somewhat correlated..

So this attack would cover in my opinion.. AdCoC + AdCoA


What about AdCoC.. The closest thing that comes to mind would be Whitebeard's fruit?..

Grabbing and Compressing space itself..


The new Haki technique that Coby did in this Chapter has strong similarities to Fujitora's Gravity fruit..

You could also group Base CoC waves with those powers?.. Gravity waves..
Physically pressuring the enemy..

Then there's CoA level 2 Emission.. What best than the Barrier Barrier no mi itself with Bartolomeo?..

I guess there would as well be Law's Curtain Ability?.. That i won't post the image..

Speaking of the Ope Ope no Mi.. Wouldn't Gamma Knife correspond to CoA level 3

That sums up pretty much all the known Haki abilities.. I don't think there are any Devil Fruit abilities
that gives a power akin to Observation Haki and Future Sight, unless i missed it.. Let me know..


Then we can continue to extrapolate on future Haki abilities.. My favorite being the famous
Black Blades.. I think what Mihawk used at Marineford is a version of Law's Room with Yoru.. Here i

Zoro and Big Mom might have foreshadowed a new Haki technique, to absorb CoA or reverse
Haki flow?..

Big Mom's whole Devil Fruit is about taking the Soul and manipulating her own Soul too..
Note that Soul is not CoA, Soul is life Span and CoA is Life Force..

It makes sense that the Person who can extract Life Span from people could also extract Life Force or whatever..


I could go on and keep extrapolating on Devil Fruits mimicking Haki, but i will leave it at that for now..
I wouldn't be surprised if Oda introduces some type of Devil Fruit imatating Observation Haki in the future..

Blackbeard is probably gonna be the perfect example of a character using devil fruits to make up for lack of advanced haki applications. Not to say his haki is weak just again not advanced

1. He might not have penetration armament but he more than makes up for it with the quake fruit
2. If he does already he’s definitely going to need a fruit power to compensate for his lack of future sight going up against characters like luffy and shanks
3. The darkness fruit doesn’t just allow him to touch and hurt certain fruit users. Or just help prevent certain devil fruit abilities from effecting him but allow him to completely turn off their power

Oh yeah i forgot that his Darkness fruit sort of have the same effect than CoA when it comes to being able to touch
or hurt untangible Logia Abilities and Paramecia Abilities like Rubber.. In Blackbeard's case, it completely nulifies the
Ability, you're right.. That's interesting to think about..

Then a Devil Fruit that mimics CoO would make sense, unless his 3rd devil Fruit is already the Cerberus..

Maybe not that comes to mind right now.. But there are some weird fruit like Belo Betty's pump pump fruit, encouraging people..

That's a cool concept, i never considered that time slowing down could be seen as Observation Haki, Kizaru wouldn't sense per say but have time to react to any attacks..
