Feel like it was only a matter of time before this happened, so why not? It is the battle of guilds and bases as we have strongest guilds/bases in their respective series (Well BB are at #2, but let's be honest as they be number one in the end in BC series) as they compete against each other in a fight on who stands tall in the end (Along with who better and strongest universe too ;)).
Fairy Tail Guild:

Black Bulls Base:
Round 1: Fairy Tail vs Black Bulls (Both With Current Members Only).
Round 2: Fairy Tail vs Black Bulls (Both Can Have Former Or Temporary Members Can Joined In).
Round 3: Fairy Tail vs Black Bulls (All Guilds and Bases Of Their Respective Universes Can Joined In This Fight).
Final Round: Fairy Tail vs Black Clover (Every Character From Both Their Respective Series Gets Involved In This (Even Villains And Neutral Characters As I Mean EVERYONE (Emphasizing) From What We Seen Currently From Both Series).
Please be respectful in the thread and come with great answers within your posts on who you think would win? Please don't give half-assed answers and small posts only like 'BB/BC wins cause Asta can nullify magic overall' cause that isn't the answer. Asta alone can't take on multiple characters and deal with them and being able to nullify magic doesn't make him strongest as shown in his own series, he still won't handle top tiers in an full fight and still on his current lvl. He can get defeated still as FT side can have those who can get around his issue as not first time they face someone who magic doesn't work much against before. Vice Versa with FT as well since on easily defeating them as doubt it be that easy overall and will be challenging on both sides.
Also please don't go bandwagon hate or biased on your post for these series. I am aware of issues of FT and also those who see BC still have issues too. We being honest and fair and ignoring the issues. We going by logical and standpoints in our own minds and events both series have in an fair writing manner (Like Semi-Final Villain and Final Villain Thread I did with Fairy Tail, Bleach, and Naruto). Give reasons on why you think this side wins and explain it out as this is a debate thread after all. Show your thoughts in fairness on who takes it on each round or even overall.
For me, I feel that Fairy Tail takes each round honestly as they got more to offer on numbers and diversity of their magic as well flexibility to use more than their primary magic too. Plus FT is still ongoing and characters are evolving more as well new characters coming along in the process to fight with them and against which contribute in the later rounds. Don't see much what BC have to offer given it's still 'earlyish' to it, so not much to go about it despite some heavy-hitters in there. It could have a chance more when time goes on and timeskip happens, but for now, I see nothing, but FT taking over all the rounds.
What you all think? Please tell me your thoughts and which side you feel got the most on their end to win it all or at least different rounds depending on stipulations for both. Have Fun Everyone :).
