Female: Ulti, hands down. Most other girls in the manga are not good. She's a rare exception.

i don't think Aizen is a good villain lol. I'd put him below most OP arc antagonists, personally.
But I fully agree. Sir Crocodile's delightfully malevolent and keenly intelligent. The overconfidence he exudes is well entitled to him, considering how many contingencies he has + the raw power he had compared to the Straw Hats or Marines. Oda hasn't touched Sir Croc once since Alabasta, though Enel came close.
