Franky - how he helps and builds up people in shitty and unfortunate situation treating them as family
Jinbe - dedication to the people he cares for while still being a bit stubborn on who he lets in
Brook - how wise he is behind his silly and fun attitude
Robin - how much of a weido and softy she is while at the same time being dark and violent

Zoro - He lives by a set of standards for himself which has evolved to encompass those around him.
Nami - Her compassion during serious situations. Nami will always think about other’s thoughts and feelings.
Usopp - His relatable moments of human inadequacy and how he tries to cope with them.
Sanji - I just like the dynamic of an unassuming cook who can kick your a**, and play you, Bond style.
Chopper - He’s the one Strawhat everyone can get along with without issue. He’s the baby of the team, and he appreciates the crew’s company more than anyone.
Robin - Just a very pleasant person to be around. Robin won’t annoy nor bore you. She’s mature and has a strong sense of humor.
Franky - As soon as he joined, the ship started to feel more lively. It’s never a dull moment with Franky, as he brings a ton of energy to a place.
Brook - His spirit is very strong. Brook went through a traumatic experience that would’ve broken any man, but he still maintains his humanity and optimism.
Jinbe - He’s the most mature Straw Hat. He has all the skills and experience to be a leader in his own right, but humble enough to give the reigns to others.

Luffy's resolve. Once Luffy decides something he's firm on it, no pussyfooting. This is what made him such a dope MC. Favourite example of this: When he decided Nami was his navigator. He doesn't live in the past, he refused to listen to Nami's backstory, he just saw Nami in pain and that was enough. He knew he had to kick Arlong's ass, the details never mattered to him.
Zoro's level headedness and loyalty. Zoro is someone who is just as dangerous if not more than Luffy at times, yet not a bone in his body hesitates to stand in line behind Luffy, and he understands his Captain's intentions immediately without even words being said.
Favourite example of this: Zoro could fold Bellamy and his crew by himself (and he was about to), yet he noticed Luffy not fighting back so he didn't make a move, then at Luffy's whim he took a beating without questions and hesitation, and was completely unbothered by it.
Sanji's charm and passion. What was lovable about Sanji is he can go from a straight bully/thug (the biggest dick in the strawhats easily) to this child with a glimmer in his eyes when discussing his dream. He can be the most cold-hearted person when someone doesn't align with him and then turn around and be the most compassionate person when he wants to be, this range is what makes him charming. Favourite example of this is when he was beating the brakes off a customer for being disrespectful, but then turned around and fed infamous pirates when no one else was going to.
I want to list out a couple more strawhats but I got tired of typing.

Zoro - he's the best friend possible. Makes you cool by association.
Nami - more down to earth than it seems. Like she humors all of Usopp's stupidity.
Usopp - breaks dreams better than anyone. Like you know it's over for you if Usopp gets one over on you.
