Here three worlds to remind people.
THE FIRST WORLD
Within the earth there was fire.
Mankind succumbed to greed and touched the forbidden sun.
The enslaved prayed, and the sun god appeared.
The earth god raged, and with its serpent of hellfire, shrouded the world in death and darkness.
And they will never meet.
.THE SECOND WORLD
Within the void there was breath.
The forest god tamed demons and the sun spread the fires of war.
Those of the half-moon dreamed.
Those of the moon dreamed.
Man killed the sun and became god, and the sea god stormed.
And they will never meet.
THE THIRD WORLD
Within the chaos there was emptiness.
The inconvenient remnants recall the promised day and hear the voice of the half-moon.
The sun god dances and laughs, guiding the world to its end.
The sun returns and brings a new morning.
And they will surely meet.

2nd world is based on Imu, Davy Jones, Joy Boy Era and void century
3rd world is future event.
Now back to first world due my thoughts.
We know Nika and God of War from Elbaf were in first world as we know it.
Remember oda want Sci fiction stuff after he suppose finish one piece? Seem, he can't do it nowadays but it seem he want Sci fiction too.
So first world is based on empire rule world by Empeorr with absolute power and rule publicly. Therefore it is Earth god suppose lived or rule here. It was technically advanced civilization, so try to have space empire up across the star like Imperial of Man from Warhammer.
This empire rule world or control most world. How powerful empire is unknown but I guess it would be powerful than ancient kingdom , 20 kingdoms due Ida would hype first world than 2nd world.
Now we must ruled out Imu, Blackbeard, Sea god out of equation because they are from 2nd world not first world for candidate to Earth God. Imu has devil fruit user and it is not Earth related.
Now what Earth god can possibly mean ? It can mean anything to Nature Gaia to Angry volcano god due has earth theme.
The earth god raged-what could possible mean in idoms? What.tyoe of earth we think has anger theme. I say volcano make sense because it is earth elements and has rage theme from popular media like angry volcano theme.

People think it is giant flaming snake as seperate creature from Earth god but I think it is part of Earth god power like logia fruit user. Like Enel has animal thems attacks.
Hellfire can be reference to magma fire from volcano. Volcano release ash in sky which it create darkness.
Destruction- of course volcanoes are very Destruction natural disaster when erupt and earthquake happen. Punk Haard has wasteland volcano field create by Akainu for example.
What is they will never meet mean? - Was it Earth god got defeated by Nika and vanished, then forgotten forever and lose everything he has. So few people like Elbaf giants heard Earth god from book. After Nika beat Earth god, which he killed him. Then Nika and his buddies never meet Earth god again which he never come back again.
Unlike Zoan fruit which it has mind on own, logia fruit depend on creative minds from users not logia fruit users.
Logia awaking probably depend on user skills, mindset match to work.
Magma-Magma fruit is based on Angry Earth god but he is no longer exist, only user gst power and use for self interest but need to match personality of this devil fruit.
Then it sure look like hidden Akainu top 1 agenda but that is theory and I can be wrong but I want to share what I think about first world.
