General & Others Final War in the series

I don’t think the final war would have a similar setting to Marineford like many fans hope but it will consist of multiple battles at different locations happening both simultaneously and one or one after the other, where key players get taken out one by one until only 2 groups are left.

I believe the final 2 groups will fight for the One Piece and those are the straw hats and Imu plus God’s Knights in a 1 vs 1 Ennies lobby style fights

the revolutionaries will be invading the WG’s claimed territories and in each territory will be a holy knight / admiral / other military forces

No the very final fights should only focus on the Straw hats 100%, it will be Ennies Lobby style 1 vs 1 not this New World model type fights where side characters are highlighted as much as the straw hats.

The final fights should 100% focus on concluding their character arcs through 1 vs 1 fights giving exposition. It should be group vs group fight.

I know it doesn’t make sense for Zoro vs Mihawk to happen this way but with some mental gymnastics and headcanon, it can happen

And when I say this I mean if maybe Mihawk’s eyes are a clue that he is from the House of Nerona, was born as a celestial dragon and will be recruited into the God’s Knights as their supreme commander at some point being Imu’s right hand man. Strength wise I put both Mihawk and Shanks above the old gen legends like WB, Rocks and Roger as I think the old gen were surpassed by them and between the two Mihawk edges Shanks by a small margin. If Shanks’ haki is comparable to Joy Boy then so is Mihawk.

No, the final antagonists will not be revealed at the end of the story. Either Blackbeard or Shanks will be the final battle.
Right now, both of those crews have exact matchups for the Strawhats. GK are going to get dropped during this arc and the Revolutionaries arc coming up.

There simply isn’t time for Luffy to 1v1 Teach and Imu. The gorosei had their moment in egghead, the holy knights are having their moment in Elbaf. This is exactly how Oda treated the BMP in the vs Yonko saga.

Garling and the HK fall in Elbaf

then in the final war you can have:
Sabo + Supernova vs Imu
Dragon vs Akainu
SHs and Koby vs BBP

You don’t even need to fight the rest of the gorosei because if you can figure out how to disable Imu’s Power, they will die.

We’re in the final saga. There’s usually one big bad per saga.

I’ve gone back and forth on it. But between the two I think Teach might actually be the greater threat.

meanwhile Imu is a relatively new character shoehorned in 900 chapters into the series.
