Fire Lord Ozai said to increase their power by 100x. Now come on then even the youngest amd weakest firebender 100x should win White Lotus non fire benders. Yet they are beating trained soldiers. And Katara beating Azula... At least if she used the blood bending...

Plus Ozai used a fire bending so strong before the fight that was burning the whole land (huge mass of land) how it got nerfed to barely burn a little round rock that Aang was hiding himself. Also why the lightning got boosted too?
