True but overstudying is relative, depends on what you have to study and whether or not you enjoy studying because then it no longer feels like a struggle, it feels like a game, something you do for fun, that's the mindset I'm trying to go with.

So you have daily goals you want to reach and end the session whenever you reach it?
When i was at college it depended on the subject and professor
If i could figure out what kind of professor is and what he wants in exams and essays i didnt really have problems with studying. Luckily i am good at reading people and that enabled me to pass college nicely when it came professors. Also talking to upper clasemen about their experience
However every now and then there was a subject that revolved around law and those were pretty dry and you just had to study laws
Overall depending on the need i would say 2 hours tops
