It's been speculated for a while, that there could be or there was fourth Calamity. The problem lies in the naming. Ace have been already used by Oda, Joker also is out of the game. So i thought, that new character could be named One. It's a different way to call ace, so Oda still have some possibilities left on table.

Actually, Calamities are very disappointing, especially Queen . He have second highest known bounty outside Yonkou. There must be someone else, more reliable.

Yes it technically should have been Joker, he is like the Joker to Jack Queen and King, like a support. Joker in that he provides the Beast Pirates assistance in several ways and this is why Kaido was so pissed he had been removed from the equation.
