Bro was nerfed this entire time. He was using regular cola as fuel. Now with super cola he is jimbei level.

If only he could learn haki, he would give Zoro and Sanji and run for their money.

I think an improvement to Franky's Radical Beam laser is coming. Back in Wano, Sanji mentioned that Franky would love to have the tech that enables Queen to rapid-fire lasers.

With the Super Vega-Cola upgrade, it will probably be stronger, but I don't think it will be able to rapid-fire yet.

If Oda doesn't give Franky Haki, incorporating Seastone would cover his bases.

Franky should use the Super Vegacola in The Sunny, too.
