So far, Franky has never had a situation such as what the SHs are about to face. 2 yonkos at once. A threat bigger than Gol D Roger himself. Lucci, Moria, even Doffy. All were threats that Luffy could surpass by himself.
But Kaido and BM are different.

When it is revealed to the SHs that BM has allied with Kaido, I think that they will become desperate. Anything that could beat them will be an option because any less would mean sure defeat. I think that this could motivate Franky to build pluton or a weapon from pluton to beat the two yonko.

Since Enies Lobby, Franky's trust in Luffy and the SHs has surely grown and I think that he is at a level where he could trust an ancient weapons in the hands of his crew. It is also a point that Roger had an ancient weapon and hence Luffy will likely get once soon.

How strong will it be? I don't think that it would be strong enough to kill a yonko, obviously, but it could be powerful enough to severely injure kaido or BM to the point to where the allies can beat them.

anyways leave your thoughts in the comments below. Do you think Franky could use pluton to beat the yonkos?

The problem with Pluton is that it has to be extra especial to matter. Right now we're up against indestructible guys who apparently have Island busting potential on their own. So for Pluton to be useful, it must also be Indestructible on top of potentially being Island busting.

Now the "specialness" of pluton will come from what it's made of. Like th PIrate king and Luffy both specifically had Adam wood ships to emphasize that Pluton should be made of something actually special

Oda has set himself up pretty well in this regard, Wano is the only known source for, seastone, Liquor iron ore, whatever the hell Poneglyphs are made of and Franky apparently has a ready stock of Wapol metal since that's what the Iron Shogun is made of.

Essentially Franky has a ready supply of the most exotic materials so far in the universe so it's not impossible to justify making Pluton from one or all of these. The problem will come from CONVENIENCE. How convenient it is that ALL this stuff happens to be in Wano. Of course Oda can fix this by making a whole multiple chapter story of Franky slowly trying to obtain these materials and struggling and really trying to make the creation of the yonkou killing weapon a big deal.

BUT THIS HASN'T HAPPENED YET. That's the big problem. Franky hasn't even THOUGHT about it and if he's to just whip out an ancient weapon without a significant build up or struggle, it will be bad writing IMO... but since i believe Wano will be like 200 chapters long, there's enough time to still do this... IF the arc is that gigantic

No. Luffy will defeat Kaido. That's obvious as fuck. No nerfing of any kind. Once Luffy can bypass Kaido's tough skin, and use FS to avoid his hits, he can take Kaido down 1 v. 1.

I've been saying for a whole year that Garp vs. Rocks = Luffy vs. Kaido.

Pluton might not even be enough to bring down a Yonko (let alone two), but it would be a huge help in doing so. I’m in favor of any scenario wherein Franky and his ever-expanding arsenal play a crucial part in defeating Kaido and/or Big Mom, the fandom wouldn’t be able to handle the SUUUPER of it all.

Franky is building Pluton the whole time, the Sunny will be Pluton in the future. He dont follow the steps of Pluton particular, but he takes it as influence for the sunny. So its just a matter of time the sunny will be what is called Pluton.
