We know that oda say in his message 2023 will be a big free for all. Oda never say something like that before so that means its not a 1 vs 1. in this year we will see many fights. If it would be a 1 vs 1 like BB vs law oda would say in this year there will be a big clash between two pirates for example. But now my theory is that garp is there BB and Law so this three groups (pirate,pirate, marine) will attack each other and garp want take law and BB and everybody will fight each other. I dont see why shanks or luffys group should have a battle royale, all vs all like fortnite.
