Fujitora is a blind swordsman which is different to a swordsman.
Just like wrestling have different categories so is swordmanship.
Fujitora doesn't count in WSS title because it's for (standard) swordsman not blind swordsman.
Blind swordsman > swordsman (higher difficulty level)
Basically, Fujitora might be stronger than Mihawk because his title mean nothing for blind swordsman 🧐

No, Zboys don't worth that much of an effort.
I could've add how Mihawk refusing to fight the one-armed swordsman Shanks as basis to my claim of different difficulty levels of swordsmanship with addition of manga panels and long argument using logic charts but i really don't care that much

Fujitora can’t be a swordsman because he’s not a member of SWORD.

The captain of sword is drake, but fujitora is clearly above Drake. Ergo he’s not a swordsman.
