Since the end of Wano, outside of a single appearance in Egghead, the Mink people have not been seen more or less anywhere, and we have no idea where Zunesha is.
However, I recently realized something: Zunesha is the perfect size, to walk right up to Elbaph, and enter the Sun World while bypassing the Underworld most people never get past.
The reason is obvious: Zunesha is the closest thing the Kozuki-clan has to a Flagship right now, and Wano needs allies after Green Bull nearly no-diffed the Scabbards.
Momo is a whiny pervert, he's not stupid: Momo will immediately want to fix Wano's defensive problems. The easiest solution? Elbaph.
Other territories around Wano include:
-Emptee Bluffs (Cross Guild alliance possible because of Buggy)
-Hachinosu (NOPE LOL)
-Totto Land (gonna guess no)
If Momo wants to make an Alliance with nearby countries, Elbaph is the #1 option. Problem: the only way for Momo to easily get there, is flying in Dragon Form.
UNLESS a certain country on the back of a Giant sea-faring Elephant offers to go as ambassadors. Considering the Giants/Minks are both persecuted tribes labelled as barbaric, who are natural warriors, I can see the two Tribes liking each other. Carrot was excited to see Giants, when Chiffon and Nami discussed Loki in Whole Cake.
Since Zunesha is a famous Phantom Island in the New World, and can reach Elbaph's level, I wouldn't be surprised if the Minks had visited/traded with Elbaph in the past.
Wano can offer Elbaph food, Seastone Production, and Stone Masonry. Elbaph can offer Giant craftsmen, who can build things too big for Wano craftsmen, Lilith's science, and Adam Wood.
Since Hajrudin is part of the Grand Fleet, it makes sense for Momo to send a welcoming party to a nearby country, stating Wano wants to open trade/make an alliance.
Elbaph's King, Harald, who was beloved by Elbaph, dreamed of opening Elbaph up to the world, and forming Alliances; Hajrudin/Loki making an Alliance with Momo, in order to stand against the WG makes a lot of sense. Between the Giants, and Lilith, Wano should be able to defend itself well.
Finally, Wano is clearly a large remnant of the Ancient Kingdom; it makes sense, for Momo to become a famous Shogun, by rebuilding the Ancient Kingdom.
This is why, up until now, we haven't seen Zunesha's location: Oda's hiding that the Minks are headed to Elbaph.
I believe Bepo travelled to Zunesha via Vivre Card to heal Law (Magic Mink Meds, baby, they're what a Swordsman needs), and then decided to hitch a ride to Elbaph, to ask Luffy's help in rescuing the Heart Pirates.
Law is very stubborn, but Bepo is honestly kind of shameless when it comes to his Nakama, and would have no problem throwing his pride away for the sake of Shachi, Penguin, and the other Heart Pirates.
Law showing up here would do a lot to help the Straw Hats out (bonus points if Kidd shows up, too)
This leads to the grimmer part of this thread: since there's many less Minks than humans in the modern era, and the Human Hunts have their targets labelled as "rabbits", I believe the origin of the CD's Human Hunts started with hunting down Minks during the Void Century.
I think the Minks have BAD BLOOD with the WG, and we're about to see it here.

Zunesha is the only real "ship" Wano has, and their people are HORRIBLY sailors since they have no experience on the seas, meaning the only way they have to "sail" is via Momo telling Zunesha to go somewhere.
