Controversial Gaming slop compendium

#21
As many PlayStation owners may know, Sony's PSN and playStation plus services were down for over 24 hours, causing significant issues, including substantial financial losses for Sony (one article calls it the "gaming economy" lol). Additionally, reports suggest that some company information may have been compromised during the outage.

After scrambling to restore their systems, Sony is now attempting to compensate its customers by offering five additional days of service while providing little to no explanation for why the service went down. Many PlayStation owners argue that five additional days of PSN fail to make up for what is likely the most severe security breach since 2014, which is made worse by Sony's unwillingness to provide a good explanation.

Some speculate that this hack may have been orchestrated by the terminated Sony employees I mentioned before along with employees within Sony who were disgruntled by the firings.

If former Concord teams are behind this, it looks like Concord not only screwed Sony when it was alive, but continues to do so after death. Its a video game haunting.

Sony investing all their money into sloppa that cherish stuff like "wow this is like a movie script not a video game script" instead buying companies like Sega or SE is so funny

Double funny in SE case because they also procude just slop and remakes since a decade
Missed a match made in haven
Sony ain't beating the "movie game" allegations when they spent more on Concord's cinematics than they did on the actual gameplay.

Then these bitches don't even know the concept of "show don't tell". I despise hearing how the God of War creator supposedly said "Well Kratos is actually universal level and can travel at light speed but game mechanic are just too liMiTiNg".

Ok, are you going to show how Kratos can pull of supposedly universal level feats in a cutscene then? Since cutscenes aren't limited by game mechanics?

"No"

Bitch arse sassenach. :milaugh:

Well would you look at that. Tencent is getting increasingly closer to completely buying out Ubislop. :saden:
I wonder what the Chinese are gonna do with it first once they buy it out? Do some Marvel Rivals type shenanigans? Reboot Assassin's Creed with less convoluted crap? Make Rayman the company mascot again and restore his former glory? A new Silent Hunter game?
The possibilities are endless. :Kaku_Smirk:

On April 2nd CipSoft announced taking over the The Settlers franchise from Ubisoft. They bought The Settlers Online and want to invest into it.

Now with Ubisoft being at death's door, this actually makes sense. lol, crazy

I don't trust them either, but their games have been pretty good lately. Even if their new ubi games turn out to be shit with meddling from the communist party, it'll probably still be a step above Ubisoft's recent flops.
