OoT Ganondorf is not as powerful as TP Ganondorf, let alone Calamity Ganon.
Yes, it is true that Zant warped the Twilight Realm which contains a sun but this Zant got this power from a Ganondorf who was more powerful than OoT Ganondorf since he powered up far more in the Twilight Realm.

Aside from that, OoT Ganondorf still destroys Malladus. WW Ganondorf, the same like OoT Ganondorf, still put up a very good fight against Toon Link (with the full powered Mastersword) and Zelda although he had no longer his Triforce of Power.
