Current Events Garp's death is not certain

I see many people talk about Garp's death. They are certain of it. Garp has no Devilfruit that the BBP could steal. Even if they take him down, they would take alot of damage in the process. Koby is not a good hostage anyway, due to being from Sword he can't be used to negoiate. We just saw how Blackbeard didn't want to fight Kuzan. He didn't want to fight Rayleigh. Even if they beat him, they would offer him to the WG for something in return. I don't see Garp dying here.
