Powers & Abilities Gear 4th after awakening

I had a theory that Luffy after awakening can now inflate without air therefore optimizing the usage of both Gear3rd and 4th eliminating the timelimit on G4 and the speed issue with G3.

Right now I believe that instead of going full on gear 4th bound man and snake man; Luffy can simply inflate his arm/leg to perform G4 attacks similar to G2/3 and not have to use haki all the time.

Even being able to mix it with G2/3; so how powerful does that make “base Luffy” currently?

*Edit: Also what if he can vulcanize parts of his body and use it like Katakuri’s block mochi and also turn his body into natural rubber form?

Also feel vulcanization will definitely be useful against Akainu like I predicted in since 2019, I bet that Luffy should not have many problems in simply shaping the environment in rubber and vulcanize it as well

My issue is that people don’t want to acknowledge that Luffy doesn’t have a gear 4th form anymore because he doesn’t need to; his base form is capable of performing all of the G4 techniques without going in to the form therefore eliminating the time limit

I mean, G5 basically encompasses all previous gears functionally I'm sure. He probably can do various "forms" like he did for G4, but would the actual awakening affect his other forms?

The problem with gear 5th is that it has time limit but all issues will be solved if he can use Gear 4 move set in base without the timelimit as if he was using gear 2/3 which I think awakening will affect that and only reserve gear 5th at the finale of the fight

Yeah but that is the issue right? We don't know how much the awakening affects his previous gears. Imo G4 will definitelt become like G2/G3 where it's used in short bursts without too many drawbacks and G5 will be the stopgap power.

It doesnt look like Luffy can access snakeman in this regular gear 5. But I guess hell be able to do somehow. Howver, base gear 5bdoesnt have snakeman powers
